Our 120 acre wooded site is yours to enjoy as you retreat at Woodland! Come learn, relax, play and grow at one of our unique facilities. Woodland is ideal for youth retreats, summer camps, adult retreats, and much more. Our facility is located in Temple, 45 minutes west of Atlanta.

JUNCTION CAMP

Junction Camp RETREAT: 150 total beds, 75 person minimum ($25 p/person p/night) 

SUMMER CAMP RENTAL: 150 total beds, 100 person minimum


Get on board our railroad theme camp! Junction Camp has 12 boxcars that have been converted into cabins and bathhouses. The central building is a two level structure that houses the dining facility upstairs and a meeting room downstairs. Junction Camp has 18 lodging rooms with 8 bunks each, 4 bathhouses, and 2 director rooms with 3 bunks & interior bathroom in each. All guests should bring their own linens. All areas are climate controlled with HVAC units.

Junction Chapel Meeting room seats 175 & also includes restrooms, water fountain, refrigerator/freezer, ping pong, carpetball, & foosball. Junction Dining Facility seats 175. All meals are provided by Woodland if staying at Junction Camp. Junction offers a campfire area and two recreational areas - one field is located next to the Junction Playground and meeting room; the larger Junction Recreation Field is located next to the Junction Pool and also includes a volleyball court. Additional recreation at the Junction Pool area includes basketball, Gaga Ball, Traverse Wall, and a second playground. (Pool is open May - August.)

NORTH CAMP

North Camp RETREAT: 86 total beds, 35 person minimum ($25 p/person p/night)

SUMMER CAMP RENTAL: 82 total beds, 50 person minimum


The North Camp includes 6 cabins, 2 bathhouses, & meeting room. Kitchen only provided during Retreat season (Aug-May). North Camp has a capacity of 86 for Retreats and 82 for Summer Camp. North Camp offers 6 cabins with 13 beds each. Guests should bring their own linens. All areas are climate controlled with HVAC units.

North Camp usage includes a space for recreation, basketball, Gaga Ball, tetherball, and volleyball, as well as access to the North Campfire Area - nestled next to the Woodland lake, it's one of our most picturesque areas onsite. Rental of the North Pool is available May - August. 


Meeting Room Options: 

- North Dining Facility - This area is the included meeting room for North Camp during Retreat season (Aug-May). There are 3 director rooms available (additional 8 beds) in the meeting room. Please note that during June & July, there is only 1 director room available (4 beds). Meeting room seats 165 & includes kitchen (Retreat season only).

- West Chapel - The West Chapel is an additional meeting room available for large group usage/rental. For Summer Camp Rentals, the West Chapel can be used as the included meeting room (based on availability). This space holds 400 and includes restrooms, water fountain, and refrigerator/freezer. 

- Outdoor Education Center - For Summer Camp Rentals, the Outdoor Education Center (OEC) can be used as the included meeting room (based on availability). This space holds 65 people and includes two restrooms, water fountain, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. (For group's desiring multiple meeting areas, this meeting room can be rented for an additional charge -- based on availability.)


- One meeting room is included for your event (Retreat or Summer Rental). During Retreat season, the North Dining Facility is the included meeting room. For groups over 50, the West Chapel could be used in place of the North Dining Facility, or it could be rented as a second meeting space for an additional charge -- based on availability. Additional meeting rooms can be rented for an extra charge, based on availability.

SOUTH CAMP

South Camp RETREAT: 65 total beds, 25 person minimum ($25 p/person p/night)

SUMMER RENTAL: 78 total beds, 50 person minimum


The South Camp includes 5 cabins, 2 bathhouses, meeting room & warming kitchen (during Retreat season). South Camp has a capacity of 65 for Retreats and 78 for Summer Camp. South Camp offers 5 cabins with 13 beds each. Guests should bring their own linens. All areas are climate controlled with HVAC units.

South Camp rental offers usage of the South Campfire Area, which sits on a quiet corner of Woodland's property, surrounded by a canopy of trees. Groups will also have access to the South Recreation Field - which includes volleyball court and large space for recreation. Rental of the North Pool is available May - August. 


Meeting Room Options: 

- South Lodge - This area serves as the included meeting room for Retreat season (Aug-May). Meeting room seats 65 & includes warming kitchen. (The South Lodge serves as a 6th cabin, with 13 beds, during Summer Camp.) 

- West Chapel - The West Chapel is an additional meeting room available for large group usage/rental. For Summer Camp Rentals, the West Chapel can be used as the included meeting room (based on availability). This space holds 400 and includes restrooms, water fountain, and refrigerator/freezer. During Retreat season, for groups over 50, the West Chapel could be used in place of the South Lodge, or it could be rented as a second meeting space for an additional charge -- based on availability.

HERITAGE CAMP

Heritage Camp RETREAT: 54 total beds, 25 person minimum ($30 p/person p/night)

SUMMER CAMP: 54 total beds, 40 person minimum


Feel at one with nature on the front porch of one of our Heritage cabins. Our newest camp, the Heritage Camp, includes spacious rooms and cozy accommodations. The Heritage Camp can house 54 people. Heritage Camp offers 2 rooms with 14 beds each and 2 rooms with 12 beds each. Each cabin has internal restrooms. Guests should bring their own linens. All areas are climate controlled with HVAC units.

Usage of Heritage Camp provides access to the Heritage Campfire Area, as well as the Heritage Recreation Field , which includes Gaga Ball, volleyball, tetherball, playground, and space for general recreation. (may be shared)


The included meeting room, the Heritage Program Center, includes warming kitchen, restroom, water fountain, and director room (2 beds). Meeting room holds 90 guests. 

HERITAGE RETREAT LODGES

Heritage Retreat Lodges RETREAT: 32 total beds, 16 person minimum ($30 p/person p/night)

Heritage Retreat Lodges SUMMER RENTAL: 32 total beds, 20 person minimum


The Heritage Retreat Lodges are designed for small groups and can accommodate up to 32 people. There are 4 rooms with 8 beds each and internal restrooms. Each of the 2 buildings contain 2 lodging rooms with 8 beds each, internal restrooms for each room, and a small meeting space. All meals are provided by Woodland if staying in the Heritage Retreat Lodges, as there is no kitchen available for group usage. Guests should bring their own linens. All areas are climate controlled with HVAC units.

Usage of Heritage provides access to the Heritage Campfire Area, as well as the Heritage Recreation Field , which includes Gaga Ball, volleyball, tetherball, playground, and space for general recreation. (may be shared)

- Heritage Retreat Lodge meeting rooms 502 & 505 - The Heritage Retreat Lodges include two small meeting rooms that hold 16-20 people each. These meeting rooms are located in between the lodging rooms.

- Outdoor Education Center (OEC) - For groups larger than 20 people, the OEC would be used as the included meeting room (based on availability). This space holds 65 people and includes two restrooms, water fountain, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. The OEC is located a short walk away from the Retreat Lodges. 

One meeting room is included with your rental. For group's desiring multiple meeting areas, the OEC can be rented for an additional charge (based on availability). 

HERITAGE INN
(room rental for Retreat/Summer Groups)

$25 per room, per night


The Heritage Inn is hotel-style housing available for rental by Retreat / Summer Camp groups for adults or families only. (Rooms are not available for outside individual rental.) This space is perfect for your group leader, guest speaker, or band. Each room has 4 beds (1 double/full size bed & 3 twin size beds), a private bathroom, and desk area. There are 3 Inn rooms available for individual room rental (based on availability). The Heritage Inn is located at Heritage Camp, but is available for rental by any Summer Camp or Retreat rental group. Guests staying in the Heritage Inn will be charged the same per-person fee as all other attendees in your group.
