In this unique learning environment, participants develop new skills through hands-on experience. The Ropes Course is a team challenge with an outdoor adventure of self-discovery and group dynamics. Beginning with simple activities, the trained facilitator guides participants through trust building activities, initiative games, and the Ropes Course. While involved in the course, participants must function as a group, using various abilities to attain a goal. When the participants transition from a group to a team, the results are incredible.

Low Elements: focus on teamwork and collaboration. The elements encourage full participation, and present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth.
