*2021 Summer Camp dates coming soon*

As the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring the situation with both local and federal agencies. However, we do so from a position of faith and not fear. We are primarily concerned for the health and safety of our guests, staff, and families.

Woodland’s Board met to prayerfully evaluate the impact that the crisis is having on plans for Summer Camp 2020. With an unpredictable timeline of how the COVID-19 will effect Summer Camp and the delay in guidance from the CDC to our local Health Department, the Board was unable to make a blanket decision about opening all programs. A decision was made to put into place a rolling system to announce opening/closing of Summer Camp programs. Decisions about opening/closing will be made 3 weeks out from each program and camper families will receive a notification email at that time.

We understand that this is an extremely difficult time for all of us, but we know that God is in control.

The following programs have been cancelled for Summer 2020:
First Timer 1, Junior 1, Middle School 1, Pre-Teen, First Timer 2, Junior 2, Middle School 2, & High School
 (as of 6/18/20)

If your child was registered for one of these programs, you should have received an email with instructions.

Hang tight while we look up scheduled events...

Additional Registration Information:

  • Registration & full payment must be sent before May 1st to receive the early registration discount prices.
  • On-line Registration requires full payment. If you wish to send in a paper Registration, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your spot. Balance is due two weeks prior to camp start date.
  • If you wish to cancel for any reason, the amount paid less the $50 deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $10 change fee if you wish to switch to a different program/session for ANY REASON after registering.
  • IF THE PROGRAM YOU WISH TO REGISTER FOR IS FULL, please print/send in the [+] paper registration form with full payment information. The camper will be added to the WAITING LIST once we receive the form AND payment. (Feel free to fax/email the form to the Camp Office.) Your payment will not be processed unless the camper gets in; this could happen in advance or the night the program starts. (Someone may not show up at Registration.) Unfortunately, there's no way to tell or ensure availability, as we only have so many beds available. You may consider registering for another program that has availability.*
  • What's the difference between our programs?  Our programs are led by volunteer Program Directors, so each program will be a little different -- different dates, theme, activities, staff, and sometimes the facility itself.

Each camper will have the opportunity to give to a mission during camp. For 2020, Living Water International will be our focus.  Living Water International exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience "living water"— the gospel of Jesus Christ — which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.
