Birthday Party or Church Small Group Pool Rental

For families or church Small Groups interested in hosting a birthday or 'back to school/church' party, look no further than Woodland. Our beautiful setting is the perfect place for your next outdoor get together! We have multiple packages available for groups up to 50. All rentals include pool & pavilion usage.

  • Pinecone Package: $175 (up to 20 guests)

    1.5 hours onsite: includes 45 minutes of swimming, pavilion usage, and rec activities (basketball, volleyball, tetherball, & Gaga Ball) 

    • #21-35 guests = $200
    • #36-50 guests = $225

  • Dogwood Package: $225 (up to 20 guests)

    1.5 hours onsite: includes 45 minutes of swimming, pavilion usage, rec activities, plus Inflatable Slide or Bounce House

    • #21-35 guests = $250
    • #36-50 guests = $275

  • Magnolia Package: $275 (up to 15 guests)

    2.5 hours onsite: Includes 45 minutes of swimming, rec activities, pavilion usage, plus 1 of the following: Zip Line*, Giant Swing*, Climbing Tower*, boats/fishing, Inflatable Slide, or Bounce House  *(tennis shoes required for all Ropes Course activities)*

    • #16-25* guests = $300 *(#25 person max. for Zip Line, Giant Swing, or Climbing Tower)*
    • #26-50 party size = $325

  • Activity Requirements:

    Lifeguard included for pool and boat usage. Parties may bring in their own food, but are responsible for cleanup. (Charcoal grill available for usage at pavilion; group must provide their own charcoal and grilling utensils.)


    Participant Details:

    - Elementary Zip Line: 3rd-6th graders

    - Double Zip Line: 6th graders+ (participants must weigh between 75-215 lbs and be no taller than 6' 3")

    - Giant Swing or Climbing Tower: 6th graders+

    - Inflatable Slide or Bounce House: 1st-6th graders


    The following is available for an additional charge:

    - meeting room, campfire usage, food/drink options

    Woodland is a tobacco and alcohol free campus. An individual release form, which also includes a brief Covid-19 screening, is required for all party guests. Facilities will be cleaned and sanitized in between group usage. Hand sanitizing stations are provided onsite and regular usage will be required. Anyone with a fever or symptoms of or exposure to Covid-19 within the last 14 days will not be allowed onsite. Only the activities shown above are included in your rental. Guests should remain in their designated area.
