The actual cost for summer camp runs close to twice the amount of our fees. We do this in order to make Woodland available to as many folks as possible. In order to accomplish this, Woodland receives donations from Churches, ministries, businesses, individuals and households. There are many opportunities for giving. Browse below to see how you may help:

Monthly Donor - Gift Club and Heritage Project
Your gift to Woodland Camp is given monthly via check. Unless you specify differently, your donation goes into a general fund for our daily operating expenses.

VBS Mission Project
Each year we ask church VBS programs to support special projects through their mission fundraising. If you are looking for a mission to support during your Church's Vacation Bible School, then have your Church sign up Woodland as the VBS Mission of the week. We will provide mission oriented videos and ideas for fundraising during your VBS.

Circle of Friends
Each spring, Woodland prepares for 2000+ campers to enter the facilities for summer camp. There is much to do in order to fulfill or mission. Woodland's Circle of Friends make this happen. With their commitment of $25 or more during the months of April and May, Woodland's Circle of Friends funds start up and operation costs for summer camp (each camper fee typically covers only half of the cost for that camper to attend summer camp.) Fill out a form and send it in!

One Time Gifts
Your contribution to Woodland Camp is given as a one-time gift to any area of our program you choose or to the general fund for monthly operating expenses.

Golf A Thon
Play 100 holes of golf! Yes, that's right, 100 holes of golf. It's a day to really work on that swing, a day to finally get that drive straightened out, and a day to fellowship while raising funds for the camp. If you are interested in becoming a golfer next Spring, then please contact us.

Woodland Top Ten
Woodland's top ten list includes items our staff has chosen as important short term projects or supplies that would enhance camp operation quickly.

Camp Scholarship Fund
If you are interested in sending a camper to Woodland, then please contact your local Church.

Sponsor a Summer Staff
You can help a Summer Staff by providing a portion of his/her mission salary for the summer.  Your help will enable Woodland to provide more funding directly toward programming for young people.  Woodland generously provides housing and food, as well as a portion of a Summer Staff's base salary. Please contact the camp office for more information.
